This webinar explored how AI is reshaping bids, proposals and pricing in professional services, and what this means for BD, pricing and bid teams.

The panel brought together Tadé Bola, Alan Donninger and Ray Meiring, with Neetu Sawhney moderating the discussion. Together, they explored how AI is reducing the administrative burden around proposals, changing expectations around value, and influencing how firms evidence and communicate their differentiation.

The conversation also looked at the continued importance of human judgement, experienced oversight and strategic thinking. While AI can support bid/no-bid decisions, RFP hygiene, proposal development and pricing analysis, the panel highlighted why people still play a critical role in shaping stronger pitches, protecting value and avoiding a race to the bottom on price.

Key themes included the future of AI-to-AI interaction in RFP processes, the evolution of hourly rates and pricing models, and how firms can use AI responsibly while keeping client outcomes, value and differentiation at the centre of the conversation.

This was a strategic, experience-led discussion for BD, pricing and bid leaders navigating the next stage of AI adoption in professional services.
