It felt like software engineering 101. Ben’s ‘show and tell’ demonstrated how AI agents access folders and files and collectively become AI operating systems. An accident resulting in a broken arm gave him a month to develop his Agentic AI system. His use case was a Cambridge Residential Rental Market report where the agent produced a full campaign plan and all the marketing assets.
