The World’s Happiest Workplaces 2026 survey, published in January 2026, puts law firms among the best places to work in the UK.
Twenty-five law firms top the list, created by employee experience platform WorkL, including Birketts, Dentons, Kennedys Law and Macfarlanes. They join major employers including Disney, Atlassian, Standard Bank and DIOR.
