Accessing marketing leaders
Salary and performance review annual survey
(in partnership with ICON APAC)
The value of our salary data – collected since 2007 – is that it reflects what firms are paying in contrast to the more aspirational data from recruiters. The raw salary data is used to create a free online ready reckoner of average salaries by seniority, headcount, footprint and sector for the UK and for Australia. The survey also explores how performance is being reviewed: frequency; main inputs; effectiveness of managers at agreeing objectives and tools used.
Vacancy analytics
(in partnership with Vacancysoft)
Our marketing vacancy analytics service delivers comprehensive trend analytics based on vacancies advertised by law, accountancy, property and consultancy firms in the UK and other countries. Examples include: growth in hiring levels; regional and country variations; the most active firms; marketing roles as a proportion of all vacancies; the mix of sector-specific roles (such as BD) and generic roles (such as PR).
Marketing leaders’ annual benchmark
(in partnership with Meridian West and ICON APAC)
Our 2024 benchmark showed that members are not letting the disruption of the pandemic derail their plans. Over the past decade, they have been grappling with four interconnected trends, as identified in the inaugural benchmark in 2013; rapid pace of technology adoption and its integration into service delivery; fragmented competitor landscape; redrawing of expectations over client service experience; and ensuring value for money.
