Four in 10 adults would happily turn to AI rather than a solicitor when seeking advice, despite nearly a quarter of them receiving advice that is wrong. That is the stark finding of a survey from Uswitch.
ts survey of 2,000 people found that people would use AI because it is faster than waiting for an appointment, is available 24 hours a day and is free or cheaper that asking a solicitor. Almost a third of respondents believe that AI results can easily be verified, with 21% telling Uswtitch that they did not want to feel embarrassed or judged when asking a professional.
