From criminology to fashion, Abi Lyons’ route into legal PR is anything but conventional as Matt Baldwin discovers.
Abi Lyons is a PR Assistant at the international law firm Trowers & Hamlins. Apart from two short internships, it is her first job in public relations and in a law firm.
Her remit is as large as her ambition, supporting her two colleagues with PR activity and campaigns across its four UK offices, offices in the Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore and the firm’s India and Korean desks.
It means, Abi says, that no one day is the same as another. And that is part of the attraction. Abi joined Trowers & Hamlins in March this year, having graduated with a degree in criminology.
