Much of women’s health remains invisible in the workplace. Conditions such as endometriosis, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, menopause and chronic pain are common yet rarely discussed openly. In high-pressure, client-driven environments, many women manage symptoms privately, fearful that disclosure will be seen as a lack of commitment or capability.
