This half day training workshop has been designed specifically for PM Forum Ireland members.

It is based on the popular full day workshop for senior marketing/ BD assistants and executives who want to a) move from responsive service provision into a proactive advisory role and b) become more strategic and managerial in their approach.

  • Plan integrated marketing and selling campaigns
  • Influence and persuade fee-earners
  • Manage your career development – Become future-proof

To facilitate interaction, workshops are restricted to 18 attendees – maximum of one from the same firm on a first-come, first-served basis, with subsequent bookings from the same firm added to the waiting list.
