Becoming a Proactive Marketing and BD Executive

This half day training workshop has been designed specifically for PM Forum Ireland members.

It is based on the popular full day workshop for senior marketing/ BD assistants and executives who want to a) move from responsive service provision into a proactive advisory role and b) become more strategic and managerial in their approach.

The workshop contains individual and group exercises which provide ample opportunity to talk to and learn from each other. Modules include:

  • Plan integrated marketing and selling campaigns
  • Influence and persuade fee-earners
  • Manage your career development – Become future-proof

To facilitate interaction, workshops are restricted to 18 attendees – maximum of one from the same firm on a first-come, first-served basis, with subsequent bookings from the same firm added to the waiting list.

Cancellations/Substitutions

Due to the restricted number of places, refundable cancellations are only accepted up to one month prior to the workshop or within three working days of an invoice being issued that is dated within a month of the workshop date. A cancellation fee of £50 + VAT will be incurred per person. Substitutions can be made at any time. PMI reserves the right to cancel with no liability beyond refund of fees paid.
