2024 is the year when half the world is going to the polls and election fever seems to have got into my Managing Partner’s blood. At least that’s the only reason I can think of for his sudden interest in trying to bring democracy to a true oligarchy – I refer, of course, to our firm.
“The young must be given a voice,” announced MP when he called me into his office. “Junior staff should be more involved in our decision-making. It’s part of our pathway to social purpose.”
