The International Bar Association (IBA) has been around since 1947, encompassing over 80,000 lawyers and more than 190 bar associations and law societies from over 170 countries. It is the world’s leading organisation of international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies, with Canadian lawyers, law firms and academic institutions actively involved.
