30th Annual PM Forum Conference 2025
Beyond Boundaries: Breaking the Mould in Professional Services
Learning from Leaders in Branding, Client Insights, and Digital Transformation
PM Forum is thrilled to announce the date of our annual conference—19th September 2025—at our exciting new venue, The Minster Building.
This year, we’re truly breaking the mould. While some of our most valued traditional sessions will return, the 2025 agenda introduces bold new formats designed to challenge conventional thinking and bring outside insight into the world of professional services marketing and business development.
Among the highlights is our Fight Club-style debate, where leaders will go head-to-head to decide whether professional services firms should be looking outside of the sector for inspiration. Expect lively, unscripted discussion with Keith Hardy as referee, and a panel that pulls no punches.
We’ll also be joined by keynote speakers such as Dr. Susan Rose, Professor Emerita of Consumer Behaviour at Henley Business School; Joe Glover, founder of The Marketing Meetup; and Elliot Moss, Partner and Chief Brand Officer at Mishcon de Reya LLP, who will bring fresh, sector-spanning insights on client behaviour, community-driven marketing, and brand innovation.
Interactive learning workshops will provide practical tools to apply these external perspectives through a professional services lens—covering topics like brand archetypes, pricing, client experience, and persuasive writing.
The new venue offers fresh networking opportunities, from early breakfast meet-ups to 1:1 sessions with speakers and informal lounges for meaningful conversations.
With a powerful new theme, engaging speakers, and a striking venue, this year’s conference is set to be our most dynamic yet. We can’t wait to welcome you!
Eligibility:
The conference is open solely to members of the PM Forum, the Strategy & Marketing Group of the Managing Partners’ Forum, and ICON APAC. Breakout workshops 3 and 4 are reserved for senior professionals only.
