Francis was known by, respected by and a valued friend to so many people in professional services since his first role at EY in 2000s, writes Kim Tasso.

I am among those who first came across him when he was head of business development at Grant Thornton. Despite being a pioneer and early leader in quietly establishing the sales discipline in professional services marketing, he remained a dedicated, modest and enthusiastic professional.

He was one of those rare and incredible individuals who managed to be both larger than life yet a calm, friendly and reassuring presence who put others first. He always made an impact – professionally and personally.
