On Monday 7 April at 16:30 UK time, professionals from across the sector gathered for the launch of Thought Leadership Intelligence™—a groundbreaking initiative designed to raise the bar for content quality in professional services.
The webinar explored fresh and practical ways to enhance the quality of thought leadership and provided a first look at innovative tools that empower firms to benchmark and refine their content with precision. Delegates discovered how the new system enabled them to identify and promote high-performing content items, append AI-powered summaries to boost engagement, adjust websites for underperforming materials, and set firmwide quality thresholds. Participants also learnt how to create and manage bespoke performance rankings to compare their output with that of peer firms globally.
A highlight of the session was the unveiling of the first-ever Thought Leadership Intelligence™ open rankings, underpinned by a fully transparent and objective scoring system. Each month, the system delivered scores and actionable improvement suggestions across four key dimensions: depth and accuracy, structural integrity and readability, engagement, and visual quality.
The initial rankings—sponsored by Williams Lea—were derived from an analysis of around one million content items across 150 UK and US law firms. While composite scores informed firm-level rankings, individual content items remained private unless shared by the originating firm.
This landmark event welcomed all those involved in marketing or management and offered an invaluable opportunity to take control of thought leadership performance with clarity and confidence.
