The Role of Client Listening in Growth and Experience\n\n– Why focusing on client needs matters\n– Overview of research methods: surveys, post-matter reviews, testimonials, online reviews, interviews\n– Different mechanisms to score performance. (e.g. NPS)\n– Understand qualitative vs. quantitative insights\n– How client feedback supports satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling\n\n \n2. Build or Enhance Client Listening Systems\n\n– Typical systems used in law, accountancy, and property firms, with case studies\n– Audit existing feedback processes and align them with firm and team needs\n– Create a compelling business case for investment and explain benefits to leadership\n– Select external advisors, structure pilots, and leverage data effectively.\n\n \n3. Practical Ideas and Q\n\n– Overcome common challenges and gain buy-in\n– Navigate confidentiality and regulatory issues\n– Best practice tips and tools, including AI solutions\nQ&A and summary\n\nPricing\nFirst attendee £270 +VAT\nSecond attendee £260 + VAT\nAll subsequent attendees £250 + VAT\nCancellations/Substitutions\nDue to the restricted number of places, refundable cancellations are only accepted up to one month prior to the event (a cancellation fee of £25 + VAT will be incurred per person).
